Council members Dr. G. Srinivas, Dr. V. Naresh Kumar and Dr. K.U.N. Vishnu arrived unannounced at various clinics, finding what one official described as "a complete disregard for medical standards." At Shifa Clinic in Golconda, M. Shabbir Hussain—holding only a BUMS qualification—was allegedly providing allopathic treatment to both pediatric and adult patients without required registration.

The situation repeated itself at Health Care Clinic in Rajendranagar, where two individuals including Farooq (who stated he had completed Intermediate) and Gazala (with a BUMS qualification) were found treating patients without requisite medical qualifications. The pattern continued at Sai Ganesh First Aid Centre and Mother First Aid Centre, where Ch. Narayana and Dileep respectively were providing medical services without proper credentials.

Identity Fraud and Surgical Concerns

Perhaps most alarming was the case of Sai Clinic, where Rajasekhar was allegedly practicing medicine under the name of B. V. Ramanath without required registrations—a clear case of identity fraud that puts patients at tremendous risk.

Even qualified doctors came under scrutiny. At Shreya Hospital in Serilingampally, Dr P. Sharath Babu—holding an MBBS degree—was presenting himself as an MS Orthopaedic and performing orthopaedic procedures, including joint replacement surgeries, beyond his certified qualifications. Meanwhile, at Bhaskar Clinic, Bhaskar with only a BA degree was operating a clinic under the name of Dr. Anita while providing medical services.
